If you are in the Czech Republic and have SIM card from one of the three mobile operators, send an SMS saying DMS STROM to number 87 777 (valid in all operators' networks) and you will support The Czech Environmental Partnership Foundation. An SMS will cost CZK 30 out of which CZK 27 will be credited to CEPF's transparent account. On sending an SMS you will receive a confirmation via SMS that the sum was sent to The Czech Environmental Partnership Foundation.
DMS is a joint project of Czech Donors Forum, an organisation to encourage philanthropy in the Czech Republic, and the Association of Mobile Network Operators.
The aim of the DMS project is to enable foundations and other non-profit organisations to receive contributions from individuals via SMS messages sent from their mobile phones. Donors Message Service operates on a non-commercial basis. DMS is a simple way in which any holder of a mobile phone can support any number of selected projects.

Should information provided be false or should an organisation breach the law, such organisation's password could be suspended. Consequently, a proposal to immediately cancel company's password could be submitted to the Board. Furthermore, such breach of law disqualifies the organisation from applying for another project in the future. In case an organisation fails to publish information on the use of funds within three months following the end of the fundraising collection, this fact will be posted at www.darcovskasms.cz.
