The overwhelming majority of the public thinks non-profit organisations are supported from public fundraising projects, donor SMS or by companies or businessmen. Consequently many employees are not aware that they themselves can support a non-profit organisation and at the same time lower their tax base. You can support the activities of The Czech Environmental Partnership Foundation by a donating an amount on the basis of a donation contract. You may specify what you want your donation to be spent on: e.g. tree planting, landscaping in a given town, supporting of project Safe Way to School in a school of your choice etc. By making a donation you can also become a partner of a specific programme of The Czech Environmental Partnership Foundation or create a grant scheme focused on a specific area. You can also donate a sum to increase our foundation assets.
The Czech Environmental Partnership Foundation was the first organisation of its kind in the Czech Republic to launch a campaign to increase its foundation assets called „Partnership for nature“ in order to highlight nature as the key value. This unique move was inspired by a challenge grant offered by US C. S. Mott Foundation, which helped found The Czech Environmental Partnership Foundation. Mott Foundation pledged to double each donation to assets of The Czech Environmental Partnership Foundation made by June 2007.
