The donation is made on the basis of a contract of donation laying down the purpose for which the beneficiary is to use the donation. The Foundation has always fulfilled its contractual pledges. The Foundation is open and tolerant in relation to all of its partners. The Foundation has always acted as an independent entity. The Foundation can boast fifteen years of experience with grant recipients. The Foundation has a helpful and committed Board of Directors consisting of environmental as well as business and financial experts.
It is the Board of Directors that makes decisions on grant awards, on the basis of recommendation by the grant commission. Thanks to large number of expert advisors, the Foundation is able to select high quality projects that are necessary and that deserve support. Each grant application contains project budget, the fulfilment of which is regularly monitored in the course of the project by the Foundation's staff.
Benefiting from years of experience, the Foundation has prepared Partnership Principles and a Code of Ethics concerning the origin of resources, which have become an integral part of our philosophy.
